Contact Other Conditions:           I read about a Lasik surgery this year at a Park Ave. practice, where the patient had both near-sightedness and far-sightedness corrected. It was the first surgery done of its kind, the article said.  Do you know of the doctor, or can it be done at your clinic?

Dr. Chynn:  I am the doctor and it was not nearsightedness and farsightedness.  Those are 2 different things.  You mean the need to see up close when you are older, which is called Presbyopia and the need to see far away, which is nearsightedness–but anyway, yes, I can correct both problems for you, because I also had both problems corrected myself!

P.S.  We don’t do LASIK, only LASEK.   Please read our website below in closer detail so you understand the difference!  Then call my office with your remaining questions, you can either come for a free consultation or to our upcoming live laser seminar on October 30th where you will watch a live surgery.

So please call to RSVP for either one.

Thanks and see you soon!

Yours,

Emil William Chynn, MD FACS MBA
