LASEK - Patient INSISTED Their Story be Told

Contact Main Reason:

Freedom from glasses/contacts, uneccessary maintanence and expense on contact supplies/solution.

A: Dry eyes and red vains continously appearing at the time.
that’s bc you were wearing your lenses too many hours per day and starving your cornea of oxygen, causing new abnormal vessels to grow to supply the missing oxygen, which is called corneal neovascularization, and is what was making your eyes look red and “veiny” all the time

Contact Major Concerns:

None, my LASEK procedure on 5/20/2009 at Park Avenue Laser was a life changing success! thanks for the recommendation!

Contact Other Conditions:

I since both my eyes were at a 590 micron count more or less respectively. I realized that me being rejected at XX Vision was a blessing in disguise as I saw several lawsuits under the DelloRusso practice regarding certain irregular flap cutting cases and other medical terms I do not understand much leading patients to sue the practice. I wanted to reply to your article to relay my story leading up to my successful LASEK procedure and phenomenal 20/15 result! However, your site is requiring me to login. I have tried registering for a username or password but there is no link for that. Is there a possibility for me relaying my story or for you to relay it as a reply? I would really appreciate it. Lastly, I would like to know where my micron count for both eyes are at right now. I “guesstimate” it to be slightly below 500 microns based on your 1 diopter x12 formula but correct me if I am wrong though. I started with a -7.25 count on both!

Thank you for reading this request on relaying my story. I also Thank you for providing my personal best 20/15 vision safely!

A: You are right about your current thickness, it is actually still within normal, and yes you are lucky you avoided dr d, who has 100 lawsuits and should have lost his license a long time ago, in my opinion
