Haitian Relief Fundraiser - LASEK Surgery Raffle

Every quarter, we at ParkAvenueLaser donate 1 free LASEK to a worthy charity for them to use for fundraising. This quarter, we are donating a free LASEK to help raise funds to support the medical relief efforts in Haiti. We will raise $10,000, and donate 100% of all funds raised to Operation Giving Back of the American College of Surgeons

We are setting up a raffle on our website, ParkAvenueLaser.com, where you can buy a raffle ticket using PayPal for $25 to win a free, No-Cut, No-Flap, All-Laser LASEK (not LASIK) procedure, so you won't have to wear glasses or contacts anymore. Don't forget that 100% of your $25 will go towards the Haitian relief effort. Just go call our office to make the donation, we'll issue you a coupon when you give us your credit card.
